Refund Policy

Effective August 4, 2026

heARTapps apps are free to try before you buy — the shareware apps run free for as long as you like, and Magic Timesheet has a 14-day trial — so you can be sure an app is right for you before paying.

If it didn't work out

Changed your mind, or the app isn't what you hoped? Email hello@heartapps.app within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund it — no argument, and no form to fill in. A real person reads every message; just tell us what happened. This is on top of whatever statutory rights you have where you live.

How refunds are handled

Direct purchases are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, who can also process refunds on our behalf. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
