Refund Policy

Effective October 16, 2026

Every heARTapps app can be tried before you buy. Markless is free to use for as long as you like, and each paid app comes with a 14-day free trial when you download it from heartapps.app. Apps sold as a beta are covered by this policy exactly like finished ones.

If it didn't work out

Changed your mind, or the app isn't what you hoped? Email hello@heartapps.app within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund it — no argument, and no form to fill in. A real person reads every message; just tell us what happened. This is on top of whatever statutory rights you have where you live.

How refunds are handled

Direct purchases are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, who can also process refunds on our behalf. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
